KPK Reprimands SOE Officials Yet to Submit Wealth Reports, Urges Sanctions
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has disclosed that a number of management officials within state-owned enterprises (SOEs) have not yet submitted their State Administrators’ Wealth Reports (LHKPN). “As of the end of June, we acknowledge that several SOE management members had not reported as of 31 March,” said KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring, Aminudin, at the ACLC KPK building, as quoted on Tuesday, 30 June 2026. Aminudin stated that the KPK would send letters to the relevant parties so that the management officials are promptly sanctioned. He did not, however, detail the exact number of SOE management members who have yet to report their LHKPN. Aminudin merely expressed hope that sanctions would be imposed in accordance with the provisions if they continue to fail to submit their LHKPN. “For civil servants, there are already rules regarding sanctions. For the SOE level, sanctions are adjusted according to the internal regulations applicable at each company,” he explained. On the same occasion, Aminudin also clarified that every foreign national who is part of an SOE’s structure is obliged to report their LHKPN. He added that the KPK has provided technical guidance to SOE directors who are foreign nationals regarding LHKPN reporting. “So, including foreign nationals, even though they are foreigners, they currently hold positions as top management in SOEs. Based on Law Number 28 of 1999, the structure within SOEs falls into the category of mandatory LHKPN reporting,” Aminudin stated.
