JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) states that 96.24% of State Organisers or mandatory reporters have submitted their State Organisers’ Wealth Reports (LHKPN) by the end of the reporting deadline, or as of 1 April 2026. “KPK records a LHKPN compliance rate of 96.24% at the end of the reporting deadline or as of 1 April 2026. This high reporting rate reflects the increasing establishment of collective compliance across various sectors,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement on Friday (3/4/2026). Based on sector classification, the judiciary recorded the highest LHKPN compliance rate at 99.99%. On the other hand, the legislative sector also showed significant improvement with a reporting achievement of 82.21%. “This note indicates an improvement in fulfilling reporting obligations,” Budi stated. “KPK views this achievement as an indication that the LHKPN instrument is increasingly effective in supporting the corruption prevention system, especially in expanding transparency over the wealth of state organisers,” he added.
