KPK Ready to Share Febrie Adriansyah's Wealth Report Data to Support Investigation
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has stated it is ready to provide the State Officials’ Wealth Report (LHKPN) belonging to former Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Febrie Adriansyah, to support the investigation currently being handled by the Attorney General’s Office.
This statement was made by KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo, who emphasised that providing LHKPN data support is a form of inter-agency coordination in law enforcement and is not part of the supervisory authority as stipulated in the KPK Law.
“Because this case is currently being processed by the Attorney General’s Office, the KPK is certainly open if later needed to support data related to FA’s LHKPN, which is reported periodically every year to the KPK,” said Budi on Wednesday, 15 July 2026.
He explained that if the Attorney General’s Office requires Febrie Adriansyah’s LHKPN data for the investigation process, the KPK is ready to provide support in accordance with applicable mechanisms.
Budi clarified that providing LHKPN data support is different from the KPK’s supervisory authority. He noted that in handling cases within the KPK itself, the institution can also request data support from the prevention division, including LHKPN data.
“This is different from the supervisory authority. In handling cases at the KPK itself, enforcement can also request data support from the prevention division, such as LHKPN,” he stated.
The KPK’s statement follows public attention on Febrie Adriansyah’s house in the Sentul area, Bogor, West Java, after a search was conducted by the Corruption Eradication Corps (Kortastipidkor) of the Indonesian National Police.
