KPK Raids Summarecon Office in Bogor Over BPN Building Rights Bribery Case

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has searched the Summarecon office in connection with a bribery case involving Building Rights (HGB) within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).

KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the search was carried out by investigators at the PT Summarecon Agung Tbk office located in the Bogor region, West Java. “Today, investigators are continuing search activities at the PT Summarecon Bogor office; the activity is currently ongoing,” he said in a written statement on Monday (21/9).

Previously, KPK investigators had searched three directorate offices within the Ministry of ATR/BPN on Thursday (17/9). Additionally, the PT Summarecon office in East Jakarta was searched the following day.

In this case, the KPK has named eight individuals as suspects in the alleged bribery and other illegal gratifications within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. The suspects include the Head of the Bogor Regency I Land Office, Sontang Coin Manurung; Golkar Party politician, Fahd El Fouz (alias Fahd A Rafiq); the former Regent of Kebumen, Arif Sugiyanto; and the President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi.

The four other suspects are the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Enforcement at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri, as well as Muhammad Fakhry, Erwin, and Rizal Pahlevi. Arif, Fahd, Erwin, and Muhammad Fakhry have been identified by the KPK as trusted associates of the Minister of ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid.

The suspects have been detained for an initial 20-day period from 15 September to 4 October 2026. The detention is being carried out at the KPK Red and White Building Detention Centre.

During a silent operation conducted in the Greater Jakarta area on Monday (14/9), the KPK caught 19 individuals red-handed, discovering evidence in the form of cash totalling Rp106.3 billion. This money was found at the residence of Arif Sugiyanto in several red suitcases containing Indonesian Rupiah and foreign currencies, specifically: Rp31.86 billion, US$2,611,500, S$1,974,500, SAR 910 (Saudi Arabian Riyal), and RM 981 (Malaysian Ringgit).

Furthermore, cash amounting to Rp896 million was found at the house of Rizal Pahlevi (private sector); Rp8 million was found at the house of the Head of the Rights Determination and Land Registration Section at the Bogor Regency I Land Office, Zimamut Ni’am Aulawi; and Rp49.5 million was found at the house of the Head of the Bogor Regency I Land Office, Sontang Coin Manurung.
