KPK Raids Summarecon Bogor Office Over Alleged Bribery in Land Right Processing

Officers from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) left the Summarecon office in Bogor Regency, West Java, on Monday (21/09/2026) following a search operation. The raid was carried out as part of an investigation into alleged bribery and gratification related to the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) in Bogor Regency.

KPK investigators conducted the search to locate and secure evidence related to suspected corruption in the administration of HGB within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).

Security personnel were on standby as the KPK carried out the search at the Summarecon office. This action is part of a series of investigations by the KPK to uncover suspected bribery and gratification practices within the HGB processing workflow in the Bogor region.

The KPK returned to the Summarecon office in Bogor Regency, West Java, on Monday (21/09/2026). The search is part of the ongoing investigation into alleged bribery and gratification within the Ministry of ATR/BPN regarding the management of Building Use Rights (HGB) in Bogor Regency.

Several KPK officers were seen leaving the location after completing the search. This measure was taken to find and secure evidence that could assist investigators in uncovering suspected corrupt practices in the HGB administration process.
