KPK Raids Residence of ATR/BPN Director General, Seizes Chat Evidence

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) raided the residence of the Director General of Land and Space Control at the Ministry of Agraria and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Lampri, located in Bekasi, West Java, on Friday night (18/9).

During the raid, the KPK team seized several documents and electronic evidence suspected to be related to an ongoing investigation into alleged bribery regarding the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

“During the search in the Bekasi area, investigators seized, among other things, several documents and electronic evidence regarding clues of alleged money flows related to the case in ATR/BPN,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement on Saturday (19/9).

Budi revealed that investigators will further examine and analyse the evidence to deepen the investigation into Lampri’s role in this case and the full construction of the alleged corruption within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

On Friday (18/9) afternoon, the KPK also raided the offices of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in East Jakarta. The KPK found and seized several documents and electronic evidence, including Building Use Rights (SHGB) certificates suspected to be related to the bribery case, financial documents of PT Summarecal Agung Tbk and its connection to Kencana Jayaproperti Agung (KCJA), as well as electronic evidence regarding the blocking of land disputes in the Bogor region.

Previously, on Thursday (17/9), the KPK also raided three directorate-general offices within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. The three locations raided were the offices of the Director General of Land and Space Control, Lampri; the Director General of Land and Space Survey and Mapping (SPPR), Virgo Eresta Jaya; and the Director General of Land Rights Determination and Registration (PHPT), Asnaedi. Additionally, the raids targeted several rooms in related directorates.

From these locations, the KPK found and seized various documents and electronic evidence related to the processes and service mechanisms within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. All evidence will be extracted and analysed to assist investigators in dissecting the ongoing case.

The KPK has named eight individuals as suspects in the case of alleged bribery and other illegal receipts within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. The suspects include the Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office I, Sontang Coin Manurung; Golkar Party politician, Fahd El Fouz (alias Fahd A Rafiq); former Regent of Kebumen, Arif Sugiyanto; and the President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi.

The four other suspects are the Director General of Land and Space Control at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri, as well as Muhammad Fakhry, Erwin, and Rizal Pahlevi.

Arif, Fahd, Erwin, and Muhammad Fakhry have been identified by the KPK as trusted associates of the Minister of ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid. The suspects have been detained for an initial 20-day period from 15 September to 4 October 2026, held at the KPK Red and White Building Detention Centre.

In a covert operation conducted in the Greater Jakarta area on Monday (14/9), the KPK caught 19 individuals red-handed, discovering evidence in the form of cash amounting to Rp106.3 billion.
