KPK Raids ATR/BPN Office to Investigate Alleged Bribery in Building Rights Processing

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) conducted a search at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) office in Jakarta on Thursday (17/09/2026). Officers were seen carrying suitcases from the site as part of the process of collecting evidence in the investigation of alleged bribery and gratification involving the processing of Building Rights (HGB).

Several KPK officers exited the ATR/BPN office after conducting inspections in various rooms. The search was carried out to locate documents and other items related to the HGB processing case within the ministry’s environment.

KPK officers were observed loading items seized during the search into vehicles at the ATR/BPN office complex in Jakarta. This step was taken to complete the evidentiary requirements and deepen the investigation into the suspected bribery and gratification in the HGB administration process.

The search took place at several locations within the ministry, including the office of the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Order (PPTR) of the ATR/BPN. This activity is part of the investigation into alleged bribery and gratification related to the processing of Building Rights (HGB) in Bogor Regency. The KPK stated that the search was conducted to find and supplement evidence previously obtained from a sting operation (OTT) on 14 September 2026.
