KPK questions two former Depok court officials over Karabha Digdaya enforcement application

The three individuals were questioned regarding PT Karabha Digdaya’s enforcement application. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) questioned two former Depok District Court officials and a court staff member over the enforcement application submitted by PT Karabha Digdaya, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance. KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo, speaking in Jakarta on Monday, said the three witnesses were questioned to probe the handling of the enforcement application. ‘All three were questioned over PT Karabha Digdaya’s enforcement application,’ he added. According to gathered information, the two former officials questioned were identified as DPW and RVL. Witness DPW previously served as Deputy Clerk of Civil Affairs at Depok District Court, while RVL was previously the Court Clerk of Depok District Court. Both now serve at different courts. In addition to the three witnesses, the KPK also questioned a private party identified as OUW in connection with alleged case handling at Depok District Court. Previously, on 5 February 2026, the KPK conducted a raid in Depok City over alleged corruption in land dispute case handling. The following day, the KPK announced the arrest of seven individuals, including the Chair and Vice-Chair of Depok District Court, a court staff member, a director, and three employees of PT Karabha Digdaya. They were Depok District Court Chair I Wayan Eka Mariarta, Vice-Chair Bambang Setyawan, Court Bailiff Yohansyah Maruanaya, PT Karabha Digdaya CEO Trisnadi Yulrisman, and Head of Corporate Legal Berliana Tri Kusuma. In addition to the bribery case, the KPK also named Bambang Setyawan as a suspect in a gratification case following data received from PPATK regarding a receipt of Rp2.5 billion from PT Daha Mulia Valasindo.
