Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) stated that three judges were questioned on Tuesday (26 May) to investigate the land execution process of 6,500 square metres and related assets of suspects in a bribery case concerning land dispute resolution.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in Jakarta on Tuesday said the three judges, identified as ULT, ERL, and EVR, were questioned as witnesses in a bribery case regarding land dispute resolution in Tapos District, Depok, West Java.

Meanwhile, a judge identified as DWE had their questioning rescheduled by the KPK due to other commitments.

‘Witness ULT was questioned about the review process regarding PT Karabha Digdaya’s execution application,’ he said.

Witness ERL was questioned about their knowledge of the land execution process, he added.

‘For witness EVR, the focus is on the suspects’ assets,’ he said.

He further explained that EVR is the wife of the former Depok District Court Vice-Chairman and a suspect in the case, Bambang Setyawan.

Previously, the KPK conducted a raid in Depok on 5 February 2026 over corruption allegations in land dispute resolution.

The day after the operation, the KPK announced the arrest of seven individuals, including the Chair and Vice-Chair of Depok District Court, a court employee, a director, and three employees of PT Karabha Digdaya, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance.

The KPK later named five suspects in a case involving alleged receipt of bribes or promises related to the management of a 6,500-square-metre land dispute in Tapos District, Depok.

They are Depok District Court Chair I Wayan Eka Mariarta, Depok District Court Vice-Chair Bambang Setyawan, Depok District Court bailiff Yohansyah Maruanaya, PT Karabha Digdaya CEO Trisnadi Yulrisman, and PT Karabha Digdaya Head of Corporate Legal Berliana Tri Kusuma.

In addition to the bribery case, the KPK also named Bambang Setyawan as a suspect in a gratification case following data received from the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre regarding a Rp2.5 billion payment from PT Daha Mulia Valasindo.
