KPK Questions PAN Deputy Rejang Lebong on Project Arrangements in Regency Government
KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo explained that Daditama is one of the individuals in the close circle of Regent Fikri. Daditama, Budi stated, is a trusted confidant of Regent Fikri.
“Today, a private sector representative who is part of the circle or trusted by the Regent was examined. In today’s examination, investigators sought statements and confirmation from the witness regarding the arrangement of projects in the Rejang Lebong Regency environment,” Budi told reporters at the KPK’s Merah Putih building in South Jakarta on Tuesday (12/5/2026).
Additionally, investigators delved into Daditama’s knowledge of the receipts obtained by Regent Fikri.
“This includes delving into the witness’s knowledge of the alleged receipts carried out by the Rejang Lebong Regent,” Budi clarified.
It is known that Daditama was summoned today by the KPK for examination as a witness in the alleged bribery case involving inactive Rejang Lebong Regent Muhammad Fikri Thobari. The examination took place at the KPK’s Merah Putih building.
In this case, the KPK has designated five individuals as suspects. The details are as follows:
Muhammad Fikri Thobari, as Regent of Rejang Lebong for 2025-2030
Hary Eko Purnomo, as Head of the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Settlement Area Department (PUPRPKP) of Rejang Lebong
Irsyad Satria Budiman, as a private sector party from PT Statika Mitra Sarana
Edi Manggala, as a private sector party from CV Manggala Utama
Youki Yusdiantoro, as a private sector party from CV Alpagker Abadi.
Regent Fikri is alleged to have received a total bribe of Rp 1.7 billion from several projects. The case began when the Rejang Lebong Regency Government intended to carry out several projects at the beginning of 2026.
KPK Deputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu previously explained that the projects were in the Rejang Lebong Regency PUPRPKP Department. Asep stated that the total project budget in the Rejang Lebong Regency PUPRPKP Department reached Rp 91.13 billion.
Asep said the project ijol bribe worth Rp 980 million was given in stages through intermediaries. In addition, Asep noted, the ijol values from the three parties varied.
Asep stated there is an allegation of other receipts to Fikri amounting to Rp 775 million. He suspects the actions were repeated.
