KPK Questions 11 Witnesses on How Madiun Mayor Forced Businessmen to Provide CSR
The KPK examined 11 witnesses related to the alleged extortion and gratification case with suspect, the suspended Mayor of Madiun, Maidi. The KPK delved into how Maidi extorted businessmen to provide CSR.
“The witnesses were also confirmed regarding the efforts made by the suspect to force several businessmen to provide CSR,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters on Wednesday (15/4/2026).
The examination took place on Tuesday (14/4) at the Madiun City Finance Office. Investigators also delved into allegations of other gifts to Maidi.
“Investigators gathered statements from the witnesses regarding extortion efforts through CSR and other gifts to the Mayor,” he said.
The following are the witnesses examined:
Ariyanti, employee of CV Sekar Arum
Guritno Indah Wibowo, employee of CV Sekar Arum
Tri Handoko, private individual
Bambang Kustarto, private individual
Mudjijono, private individual
Dwi Yuni Andayani, private individual
Tutik Sariwati, private individual
Faisal Bayu Kisworo, private individual
Syahrial Lastiadi Arief, private individual
Wawan, RT administrator
Imam Teguh Santoso, private individual.
In this case, the KPK has named Maidi as a suspect in the alleged extortion and gratification. Maidi is suspected of demanding fees from business permits in Madiun.
The KPK seized Rp 550 million in cash in this case. The following are the suspects in this case:

Head of the Madiun City Public Works and Public Housing Department, Thariq Megah
Private party, Rochim Rudiyanto.
