KPK provides assistance for wealth report submission to Garuda's foreign directors
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that it will provide assistance in filling out the periodic 2025 state organiser wealth report (LHKPN) for two foreign nationals (WNA) serving as directors of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero).
“Plans are in place for assistance in completing the LHKPN next week,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Budi explained that the assistance is being provided because the two foreign nationals are already registered as required LHKPN reporters.
He further stated that the two foreign nationals had not reported their assets via the elhkpn.kpk.go.id website by the reporting deadline of 31 March 2026.
“Correct, as of 31 March, they have not reported,” he said.
Meanwhile, based on KPK data as of 30 March 2026, 91.23 per cent, or approximately 393,922 out of a total of 431,785 state organisers or required reporters, have submitted their LHKPN.
It is known that Garuda is one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) with foreign national directors. They are Balagopal Kunduvara, Director of Finance and Risk Management, and Neil Raymond Mills, Director of Transformation.
Their appointments were based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on 15 October 2025.
Balagopal Kunduvara most recently served as Divisional Vice President of Financial Services at Singapore Airlines from 2021 to 2025.
Meanwhile, Neil Raymond most recently served as Aviation Consultant at NM Aviation Limited from 2022 to 2025, and as Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Transformation at Scandinavian Airlines from 2024 to 2025.
