KPK Probes Contract Value in Social Assistance Distribution Case Involving Rudy Tanoe
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the contract value of rice social assistance distribution for beneficiary families of the Family Hope Programme (PKH) while examining PT Dosni Roha Logistik’s President Commissioner and PT Dosni Roha Indonesia’s President Director Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, also known as Rudy Tanoe, as a witness on 11 August 2026.
“Of course, the contract value is also being investigated, along with the reasonable costs that should have been incurred in the social assistance distribution process,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a statement confirmed in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Budi further explained that the investigation is being conducted by the KPK together with the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) to calculate the actual state financial losses resulting from the alleged corruption case related to the rice social assistance distribution.
Meanwhile, Rudy Tanoe, after being examined by the KPK, stressed that he was examined as a witness, not a suspect.
“I was summoned as a witness for another suspect. That is all, for further details please ask the investigators or my legal counsel,” said Rudy after being examined by the KPK at the KPK’s Merah Putih Building in Jakarta on Tuesday (11/8).
The case is a development of the investigation into alleged corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance for PKH beneficiary families at the Ministry of Social Affairs during the 2020–2021 period.
Based on KPK statements compiled on 11 September 2025, 2 October 2025, and 25 February 2026, the three suspects in the case are PT Dosni Roha Logistik or DNR Logistics’ President Commissioner and PT Dosni Roha Indonesia’s President Director Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, also known as Rudy Tanoe (BRT), Social Affairs Ministry Expert Staff for Change and Social Dynamics Edi Suharto (ES), and DNR Logistics President Director for 2018–2022 Kanisius Jerry Tengker (KJT).
PT Dosni Roha Indonesia and DNR Logistics have been named corporate suspects by the KPK.
