KPK: President and Vice President Set Example by Submitting LHKPN on Time
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has closed the reporting period for State Organisers’ Wealth Reports (LHKPN) on 31 March 2026. The KPK has confirmed that President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka have submitted their LHKPN on time. “The President and the Vice President have also submitted their LHKPN on time,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters at the KPK building in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (1/4/2026). Budi stated that the public can access the LHKPN of President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran openly on the lhkpn.kpk.go.id website. He also mentioned that the compliance of these two highest state leaders can serve as a good example for other state officials. “Certainly, the reporting from these highest state leaders becomes a positive example, a good model for us all, on how we as state organisers, as required reporters or as civil servants, also have a high commitment to being transparent and accountable regarding the assets or wealth we possess as part of our role as state organisers or required reporters entrusted with public office,” said Budi. “Therefore, the good example given by the President and Vice President also becomes an important note for the ranks in ministries, institutions, regional governments, SOEs, and regional SOEs to follow regarding LHKPN compliance as an instrument for preventing corruption,” he added. As of Monday (30/3), the KPK has received 393,922 LHKPN from a total of 431,785 required reporters. This figure equates to 91.23% of the total percentage of required reporters. The judiciary sector has been the most compliant in reporting LHKPN, with a percentage reaching 99.92%. Meanwhile, the legislative sector has the lowest percentage. “Based on sectors, the highest reporting rate is recorded in the judiciary with an achievement of 99.92% from 19,021 required reporters. This is followed by the executive sector at 92.51% from 346,214 required reporters and SOEs/regional SOEs at 89.7% from 46,119 required reporters,” explained Budi. “Meanwhile, the legislative sector remains a concern with a reporting rate of only 64.9% from 20,431 required reporters,” he added.
