KPK Names Suspects Following Sting Operation at ATR/BPN Ministry

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has stated that it has named suspects in connection with a sting operation (OTT) at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo explained that the anti-corruption body had named the suspects after holding a case review.

“The KPK has conducted a case review at the leadership level, and it was decided that this case would proceed to the investigation stage,” Budi told journalists in Jakarta on Tuesday.

Previously, on 14 September 2026, the KPK confirmed that it had carried out its 20th sting operation of the year.

The operation was linked to alleged corruption in the processing of building use rights (HGB) for Summarecon in Bogor Regency, West Java.

In the operation, the KPK arrested 17 people, including the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Order at the ATR/BPN Ministry, Lampri; the Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office, I Sontang Coin Manurung; and the Head of the Tangerang City Land Office, Tardi.

From the operation, the KPK seized evidence in the form of cash in rupiah and foreign currencies, with the total estimated to reach hundreds of billions of rupiah.

The money was wrapped or packed in boxes, cardboard cartons, and suitcases, numbering around 20 items.
