KPK: LHKPN Reporting Reaches 91.23% Ahead of Deadline, Legislature Least Compliant

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has noted that the compliance rate for submitting State Organiser Wealth Reports (LHKPN) has reached 91.23% of the total required reporters up to the reporting deadline.

KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that 393,922 reports have been received from a total of 431,785 required parties (WL).

“Up to 30 March 2026, 91.23% or around 393,922 out of 431,785 required reporters have submitted their wealth reports,” Budi told reporters on Tuesday (31/3).

Budi said the figure indicates an increase compared to previous periods, signifying greater awareness among state officials to fulfil their wealth reporting obligations. He explained that, by sector, the highest compliance rate comes from the judiciary.

“By sector, the highest reporting rate is recorded in the judicial field with an achievement of 99.92% from 19,021 WL. This is followed by the executive sector at 92.51% from 346,214 WL and SOEs/regional SOEs at 89.7% from 46,119 WL,” he said.

However, the legislative sector remains a concern due to its lowest compliance rate.

“Meanwhile, the legislative sector is still a concern with a reporting rate that has only reached 64.9% from 20,431 WL,” Budi added.

KPK, continued Budi, is still awaiting submissions until the deadline today.

“In terms of the system, KPK is still waiting until the deadline today, Tuesday 31 March 2026 until 23:59 WIB, to be declared as on-time LHKPN submission,” he said.

He added that KPK will also send warning letters to required reporters who have not submitted LHKPN after the deadline passes.
