KPK Investigates Fadia Case, Examines 7 Pekalongan Regency Government Civil Servants

Several civil servants from Pekalongan Regency Government were summoned by the KPK today. They are being examined as witnesses in the corruption case ensnaring dismissed Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that a total of seven civil servants from Pekalongan Regency Government have been called for examination today. The questioning is taking place at Pekalongan City Police Resort.

“The examination is being conducted at Pekalongan City Police Resort,” Budi told reporters on Tuesday (14/4/2026).

Here is the list of Pekalongan Regency Government civil servants being examined by the KPK today:

  1. Rendika Yoga, Pekalongan Regency Government civil servant

  2. Kasih Ismoyo Adhi, Pekalongan Regency Government civil servant

  3. Utini, Pekalongan Regency Government civil servant

  4. Ibnu Imam Fahrudin, Pekalongan Regency Government civil servant

  5. Pradita Eko Sukresno, Pekalongan Regency Government civil servant

  6. Nur Febrianto, Pekalongan Regency Government civil servant

  7. Agro Yudha Ismoyo, Pekalongan Regency Government civil servant

In this case, the KPK has seized vehicles from several parties at the official residence of dismissed Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq up to Cibubur. The details include a Wuling Air EV, Mitsubishi Xpander, Toyota Camry, Toyota Fortuner, and Toyota Vellfire.

The KPK stated that Fadia’s child and husband established a company named PT Raja Nusantara Berjaya (RNB). Fadia is alleged to be the beneficial owner (BO) of the company.

The company also includes Fadia’s success team. She requested that regional apparatus award contracts to the company. Subsequently, Fadia’s family company obtained Rp46 billion from 2023 to 2026, which was then distributed.

  • Fadia’s husband, Ashraff: Rp1.1 billion

  • PT RNB Director Rul Bayatun: Rp2.3 billion

  • And cash withdrawals of Rp3 billion.

The KPK stated that PT RNB received outsourcing projects in 17 regional apparatus, 3 regional hospitals, and 1 sub-district in 2025. Fadia is charged under Article 12 letter i and Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 127 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2023 on the Criminal Code.
