KPK Interrogates Head of Central Java BPK Regarding Muara Enim Bribery Case
The interrogation took place at the KPK’s Merah Putih Building in Jakarta, involving ALR.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) interrogated the Head of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) Central Java Representative, Ahmad Luthfi H. Rahmatullah, as a witness in an alleged bribery case concerning the manipulation of BPK audit results for the Muara Enim Regency Government.
“The interrogation took place at the KPK’s Merah Putih Building, Jakarta, under the name ALR,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Budi stated that the KPK also interrogated two civil servants from the BPK RI, identified by the initials PSP and ND, as witnesses in the case. Based on gathered information, PSP was previously stationed at the BPK Lampung Provincial Representative Office, while ND served at the BPK Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Representative Office.
Luthfi and PSP responded to the KPK summons, arriving at the Merah Putih Building at 09:45 WIB, while ND arrived at 09:48 WIB. Meanwhile, the Head of the BPK RI Policy Analysis Centre, Selvia Vivi Devianti, failed to attend the interrogation, prompting the KPK to reschedule her examination.
On Tuesday (15/9), the KPK interrogated the Director of Audit Management of BPK RI, V.I, Ayub Amali, and the Head of the BPK Aceh Provincial Representative, Andri Yogama, as witnesses.
The case originated from a sting operation (OTT) conducted by the KPK on 7 and 8 June 2026. During that operation, the KPK detained several individuals, including the Regent of Muara Enim, Edison. The four suspects were Edison, the Secretary of the Muara Enim Education and Culture Office, Abi Nurwardani, a marketing employee of PT Millenium Solusi Abadi, Cory Erin Hardi, and Adi Triyadi, who is Edison’s nephew.
The KPK subsequently conducted a follow-up sting operation on 10 June 2026, securing a BPK RI civil servant. The five suspects identified were Edison, Cory Erin Hardi, the Director of PT Millenium Solusi Abadi, Fika Nur Alawi, a private sector individual, Augusz Dewanggara, and BPK RI civil servant, Titin Rita Lestari.
Augusz is alleged to have previously served as a specialist staff member for BPK RI Member V, Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, while Titin previously served as the Head of the Audit Team for the BPK South Sumatra Provincial Representative Office. On 13–14 July 2026, the KPK searched Bobby’s residence and seized several pieces of electronic evidence. Bobby was subsequently interrogated as a witness by the KPK on 16 July 2026.
