JAKARTA — The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) sought testimony from Priyono Triatmojo, the Director of Enforcement and Investigation (P2) at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, regarding allegations of bribery related to goods importation on Tuesday (12/05/2026). The KPK also confirmed that Ayu Sukorini, Director of Financial System Stability and Financial Sector Policy Synchronisation at the Ministry of Finance, was questioned regarding the same matter. Both individuals were interrogated as witnesses on Monday (18/05/2026).

The KPK initially named six suspects in this case on Thursday (05/02/2026), including Rizal, the Director of Enforcement and Investigation at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise for the 2024-2026 period; Sisprian Subiaksono, Head of the Intelligence Sub-directorate; and Orlando Hamonungan, an Intelligence Section Head at Customs. The suspects from the private sector include John Field, owner of PT Blueray; Andri, the Import Documentation Team Lead at PT Blueray; and Dedy Kurniawan, the Operational Manager of PT Blueray. Most recently, the KPK named Budiman Bayu Prasojo, Head of the Excise Intelligence Section for Enforcement and Investigation, as a suspect on Friday (27/02/2026).

“PT Blueray intended for the goods under its management entering from abroad to bypass inspections, allowing them to pass through Customs examinations easily and smoothly,” stated Asep during a press conference on Thursday (05/02/2026) night. Asep noted that the criminal conspiracy between PT Blueray and several parties within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise began in October 2025.

The conspiracy involved officials Sisprian Subiaksono and Orlando Hamonungan from Customs, alongside John Field, Andri, and Dedy Kurniawan from PT Blueray. “A criminal conspiracy occurred between ORL, SIS, and other parties with JF, AND, and DK to arrange the planning of import routes for goods entering Indonesia,” Asep explained.

As a result of their actions, Rizal, Sisprian Subiaksono, and Orlando Hamonungan, as recipients, are charged with violating Article 12 (a) and (b) of Law 31/1999 in conjunction with Law 20/2021, as well as Articles 605 (2) and 606 (2) in conjunction with Articles 20 and 21 of Law 1/2023 (the Criminal Code). Meanwhile, John Field, Andri, and Dedy Kurniawan, as the providers of the bribes, are charged with violating Articles 605 (1) (a) and (b) and 606 (1) of Law 1/2023.
