Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradasting Commission (KPK) has inspected an asset consisting of a glamping (glamorous camping) area spanning 1.5 hectares in Subang Regency, West Java, which is suspected to belong to a member of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) identified as Yayat Sudrajat, also known as Lippo.

“Today, investigators conducted a check of the location, which includes a glamping area along with durian and avocado orchards covering approximately 1.5 hectares, located in Ciater, Subang,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Wednesday.

According to Budi, the KPK suspects the asset belongs to Yayat, but is registered under the name of his wife, Rista Mardiana.

“The asset is suspected to belong to YYS (Yayat) but is registered under the name of RST (Rista),” he said.

Meanwhile, he stated that the KPK is inspecting the asset as part of an investigation into several assets allegedly linked to the development of a bribery case involving projects within the Bekasi Regency Government, West Java.

Both Yayat and Rista have been summoned by the KPK to be interrogated as witnesses in the case.

The case began when the KPK conducted a sting operation (OTT) in Bekasi Regency on 18 December 2025. Several individuals arrested included the Regent of Bekasi, Ade Kuswara Kunang, and his father, HM Kunang.

On 20 December 2025, the KPK named the Regent of Bekasi, Ade Kuswara Kunang; the Regent’s father and Head of Sukadami Village, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi Regency, HM Kunang; and a private individual named Sarjan as suspects in the alleged bribery case within the Bekasi Regency Government.

The KPK stated that Ade Kunang and HM Kunang are suspected recipients of bribes, while Sarjan is the suspected bribe giver.

Furthermore, the KPK suspects that Sarjan provided funds to Ade Kunang and his father amounting to Rp11.4 billion.

On 10 September 2026, the KPK announced the expansion of the investigation by issuing a general investigation order (sprindik) as of August 2026. Consequently, no further individuals have been named as suspects in this specific expansion at this time.
