KPK Hands Over Two Seized Apartments Worth Rp 3.52 Billion to Lemhannas
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has handed over state-seized assets worth Rp 3.52 billion to the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas). The transfer was carried out through a Status of Use Determination (PSP) mechanism and a grant, as an effort to ensure that seized assets are not left idle.
“Seized assets from law enforcement can be optimised for the benefit of the state, while strengthening accountability through transparent mechanisms oriented towards utility value,” stated KPK Deputy Chairman Fitroh Rohcahyanto in his remarks in Jakarta on Monday (20/4/2026).
The assets handed over consist of two apartment units in the South Jakarta area, from cases that have been inkracht or have final and binding legal force. These assets are part of the seized items in the corruption case involving defendants Puput Tantriana and Hasan Aminuddin, as per the decision of the Surabaya Corruption Court.
The handover is based on a decision from the Ministry of Finance through the Jakarta State Assets and Auction Service Office (DJKN), and official management transfer occurred upon the signing of the Handover Minutes (BAST). Through the optimisation of asset utilisation, it is hoped that maintenance costs can be reduced while preserving the economic value of the assets in the long term.
The details of the handed-over assets are as follows:
Apartment unit of 150 m² in the Jalan Pintu Satu Senayan area, valued at Rp 2.10 billion
Apartment unit of 92 m² in fX Residence, valued at Rp 1.42 billion
