Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) announced that the family-owned company of Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq won tenders for the procurement of goods and services in 21 local government work units (SKPDs) within the Pekalongan Regency Government during 2025.

“Throughout 2025, PT RNB (Raja Nusantara Berdaya or Fadia Arafiq’s family company) dominated procurement of goods and services in the Pekalongan Regency Government by carrying out outsourcing services (outsourcing workforce),” said KPK Deputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu at the Merah Putih Building, KPK, Jakarta, on Wednesday (4/3).

Asep explained that the 21 SKPD consisted of 17 departments, three regional general hospitals, and one sub-district.

Earlier, on 3 March 2026, KPK arrested Fadia Arafiq together with aides and trusted confidants in Semarang, Central Java.

Then, KPK announced the arrest of 11 more people from Pekalongan, Central Java.

The sequence of arrests was part of KPK’s seventh ‘OTT’ operation in 2026 and coincided with the Ramadan month.

On 4 March 2026, KPK named Fadia Arafiq as the sole suspect in a case of alleged corruption related to outsourcing services or labour outsourcing, and other procurements in the Pekalongan Regency Government for the 2023-2026 fiscal year.
