The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined an employee of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk, identified by the initials VCG, as a witness in an alleged corruption case concerning the construction of the Lamongan Regency Government building in East Java.

“The examination took place at the KPK’s Merah Putih Building in Jakarta, involving VCG in his capacity as General Affairs of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Friday.

According to KPK records, witness VCG complied with the summons and arrived at 09.30 Western Indonesia Time.

On 8 July 2025, the KPK announced that the number of suspects in the case stood at four individuals. The KPK also engaged the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) and the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) to calculate state financial losses.

Subsequently, on 29 January 2026, the KPK received the report on the calculation of state financial losses from the BPKP.

The KPK detained Sukiman, Ahmad Abdillah, and Herman Dwi Haryanto on 2 June 2026, while Muhammad Yanuar Marzuki was detained a day later.

In this case, state financial losses are estimated to reach Rp35.7 billion.
