KPK Examines Husband of Pekalongan Regent, Probes Alleged Fund Flows from PT RNB Controlled by Fadia Arafiq
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is delving into the role of Mukhtaruddin Ashraff Abu, husband of the suspended Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq, as a commissioner at PT Raja Nusantara Berjaya (RNB), and allegations of fund flows in the company controlled by Fadia Arafiq.
“What his roles are, including those related to suspected fund flows, because when RNB wins outsourcing service procurement projects, there are payments from the agencies, and these payments are then managed by parties at PT RNB under the control of the regent,” said Budi at the Merah Putih Building, Jakarta, on Wednesday (29/4/2026).
Budi stated that investigators are tracing the fund flows from PT RNB and the company’s strong role in winning several procurement projects in various Pekalongan Regency agencies.
