KPK Examines Head of Mutation Section at Directorate General of General Judiciary MA as Witness in Depok District Court Corruption Case
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined two officials from the Directorate General of General Judiciary (Ditjen Badilum), Supreme Court (MA), as witnesses related to the bribery case for handling a land dispute at Depok District Court (PN Depok), on Tuesday (14/4/2026).
The two witnesses are Zubair, Head of Mutation Section I of the Subdirectorate of Clerks and Bailiffs, Ditjen Badilum MA, and Irma Susanti, Head of Mutation Section II of Judges, Subdirectorate of Judge Mutations, Ditjen Badilum.
Based on information gathered, both arrived at the Red White Building in Jakarta at 10:04 WIB.
“The examination was conducted at the KPK’s Red White Building,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in his statement on Tuesday.
In the Depok District Court land clearance bribery case, the KPK has designated five individuals as suspects in the bribery for the execution of the land clearance at PN Depok.
They are I Wayan Eka Mariarta (EKA), Chief Judge of PN Depok; Bambang Setyawan (BBG), Deputy Chief Judge of PN Depok; Yohansyah Maruanaya (YOH), Bailiff at PN Depok.
Then, Trisnadi (TRI), President Director of PT Karabha Digdaya (KD); and Berliana Tri Kusuma (BER), Head of Corporate Legal at PT Karabha Digdaya, on Friday (6/2/2026).
The case originated in 2023 when PN Depok granted the lawsuit of PT Karabha Digdaya, a business entity under the Ministry of Finance, in a land dispute covering 6,500 square metres in Tapos Subdistrict, Depok City, West Java.
That decision was subsequently upheld through appeals and cassation.
However, by February 2025, the execution had not been carried out.
PT Karabha Digdaya then repeatedly submitted execution requests because the land was soon to be utilised.
“On the other hand, the community also filed a Review Petition (PK) against the aforementioned decision in February 2025,” explained Asep.
In that situation, I Wayan Eka Mariarta and Bambang Setyawan asked Yohansyah Maruanaya to act as a “one-stop” bridge between PT Karabha Digdaya’s needs and PN Depok.
