KPK Discovers Bank Accounts Allegedly Used to Collect Payments for East Java BPN Regional Office
In addition to finding cash and jewellery, investigators have also discovered several ATMs whose accounts were allegedly used to collect suspected payments made by Land Offices (Kantah) under the East Java Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN).
KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the anti-corruption agency identified these accounts during a search of the East Java BPN Regional Office on 24 September 2026, as part of an investigation into alleged corruption within the Ministry of Agraria and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
“Besides finding a certain amount of money and jewellery, investigators also found several ATMs whose accounts were used to collect suspected deposits made by BPN Land Offices within the East Java Regional Office environment,” BPS said at the KPK Merah Putih Building, Jakarta, on Monday.
“The collected funds were allegedly intended for tactical activities outside the State Budget (APBN) from the Budget Implementation List (DIPA) of the East Java BPN Regional Office,” he added.
The case originated from a KPK sting operation (OTT) in the Jabodetabek area on 14 September 2026, concerning alleged corruption in the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) for PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor Regency, West Java.
A day after the sting operation, the KPK named eight individuals as suspects in the alleged bribery case within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. These include the Director General of Land and Space Control and Order at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri; the Head of the Bogor I Land Office, Sontang Coin Manurung; the President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi; and Rizal Pahlevi, acting as a private party or intermediary for Summarecon.
On 17 September 2026, KPK investigators searched the offices of Lampri, the Director General of Land Survey, Mapping, and Space of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Virgo Eresta Jaya, the Director General of Rights Determination and Land Registration of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Asnaedi, as well as relevant directorate offices. However, the KPK clarified that they did not search the office of Nusron Wahid.
On 18 September 2026, the KPK continued its search operations by raiding the Summarecon office in Jakarta and Lampri’s residence in Bekasi. On 21 September 2026, the KPK searched the Summarecon office in Bogor Regency.
Two days later, the KPK searched the Mojokerto City Land Office. Subsequently, on 24 September 2026, the KPK conducted searches at the East Java BPN Regional Office and Lampri’s house in Nganjuk.
