KPK Detains MSA Director in Alleged Bribery Case Linked to BPK Findings

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has detained Fika Nur Alawi, a director of PT Millenium Solusi Abadi (MSA), as a suspect in an alleged bribery case linked to Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) findings on several procurements within the Muara Enim Regency Government. The detention was carried out for an initial period of 20 days after the suspect underwent questioning until this evening. Based on monitoring at the KPK’s Red and White Building in South Jakarta, Fika was taken to the KPK Detention Centre at around 6.40 p.m. Western Indonesia Time. He was already wearing the typical orange vest of a KPK detainee with his hands cuffed. Besides Fika, the KPK has previously processed four other suspects. Three individuals are alleged to be bribe givers: Muara Enim Regent for the 2025-2030 period, Edison, and two parties from PT Millenium Solusi Abadi, namely Cory Erin Hardi and Fika. Two others are alleged to be bribe recipients: BPK civil servant and technical controller Titin Rita Lestari, and Augusz Dewanggara alias Angga, a private party. The latter is suspected to be a confidant of BPK Member V, with the initials BAR.
