KPK Detains Director of PT MSA Over Muara Enim Procurement Bribery Case

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has detained the Director of PT Millenium Solusi Abadi (MSA), Fika Nur Alawi, on Thursday 2 July 2026. Fika had previously been named a suspect in an alleged bribery case related to findings by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) concerning several procurement projects within the Muara Enim Regency Government. Fika was seen leaving the KPK building at approximately 18:40 WIB wearing an orange vest and handcuffs. He remained silent and bowed his head as he walked towards the detention vehicle, ignoring questions from journalists before being taken to the KPK Detention Centre. The KPK had previously detained Titin Rita Lestari, a civil servant and Technical Controller at the BPK RI Representative Office for South Sumatra; Augusz Dewanggara, a private sector individual; and Cory Erin Hardi, Marketing at PT Millenium Solusi Abadi. The case involves alleged bribery of Muara Enim Regent Edison by private parties in connection with goods procurement in the Muara Enim Regency Government. Private parties allegedly provided Rp500 million to the Regent to ‘maintain good relations’, part of which was then allegedly used to bribe several officials at the BPK’s South Sumatra branch to condition or manipulate audit findings, including those related to the procurement of smart TVs or smart boards at the Muara Enim Education and Culture Office.
