KPK Confirms No Payment for Naming Rights of Three Transjakarta Bus Stops

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that the granting of naming rights for three Transjakarta bus stops did not involve any payment. “The cooperation is free of charge,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters in Jakarta on Monday. Budi explained that the naming of the bus stops is a form of joint commitment between the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and the KPK in efforts to eradicate corruption. “This cooperation is a form of joint commitment in anti-corruption efforts,” he said. The statement was made in response to the naming of Halte Setiabudi Integritas, Setiabudi Integritas 1, and Pusat Edukasi Antikorupsi KPK. For the Setiabudi Integritas and Setiabudi Integritas 1 bus stops in particular, the KPK views the use of the name as the Jakarta Provincial Government’s commitment to continuously remind people of the importance of integrity in public services. “It is hoped this will serve as a reminder that every service received by the public must be delivered professionally, transparently, accountably, and free from abuse of authority,” Budi said. According to him, the use of the word ‘Integritas’ is also part of an anti-corruption campaign packaged creatively to target people with high mobility. The KPK hopes this initiative will not only be implemented in Jakarta but will also inspire other regional governments to present anti-corruption campaigns that are close to the daily lives of citizens. The KPK and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government previously inaugurated the naming of Halte Setiabudi Integritas, Setiabudi Integritas 1, and Pusat Edukasi Antikorupsi KPK on 21 June 2026.
