Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has begun examining witnesses in a case of alleged bribery involving a judge of the Depok District Court, connected to the enforcement of a land dispute involving 6,500 square metres in the Tapos sub-district, Depok, West Java.

“The examination took place at the KPK’s Gedung Merah Putih on behalf of TES, as Managing Partner of S&P Law Office, and JOMS as Senior Associate of S&P Law Office,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told journalists in Jakarta on Thursday.

According to KPK records, witness TES arrived at 08:59 WIB, while JOMS arrived at 09:03 WIB.

On 6 February 2026, KPK disclosed that it had arrested seven people in the operation, comprising the Chair and Vice Chair of Depok District Court, one other person from the Depok court, then a director and three staff of PT Karabha Digdaya, which is a subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance.

KPK subsequently named five of the seven as suspects in a case of alleged corruption relating to the receipt or promise in the handling of a land dispute within the Depok District Court environment, involving 6,500 square metres in the Tapos district.

They are Depok District Court Chair I Wayan Eka Mariarta (EKA), Depok District Court Vice Chair Bambang Setyawan (BBG), Depok District Court Bailiff Yohansyah Maruanaya (YOH), President Director of Karabha Digdaya Trisnadi Yulrisman (TRI), and Head Corporate Legal Karabha Digdaya Berliana Tri Kusuma (BER).

In addition, KPK named Bambang as a suspect for gratification after obtaining data from the Financial Transactions and Analysis Centre (PPATK), namely regarding the receipt of Rp2.5 billion from PT Daha Mulia Valasindo.
