KPK Auctions 8 Luxury Homes and Apartments Seized from Corruption Cases

The Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has again conducted a public auction for several property assets, including houses, apartments, and land seized from corruption cases.

According to KPK Auction Information and the lelang.go.id website, the auction of seized assets will be held starting Wednesday, 11 March 2026 at the Jakarta III State Asset and Auction Service Office (KPNL).

Bidding for these seized assets can be conducted online through www.lelang.go.id. Auction information can also be obtained by contacting 081396286817 (working hours).

The following are some of the properties being auctioned by the KPK through KPNL Jakarta III:

House in Kelapa Gading: This property is located in Kelapa Gading, Cakung, East Jakarta, specifically at Cluster Eropa, Abbey Road 3 Number 039. The house covers approximately 132 square metres with a land area of 90 square metres. The deposit required is Rp 700 million with a reserve price of Rp 3.42 billion.

House in Jagakarsa: The second residential property being auctioned is land measuring 503 square metres with a house building above it covering 261 square metres, certified with a Hak Milik Satuan (individual ownership certificate). It is located at Jalan Swadaya II Number 45 RT 001 RW 08, Tanjung Barat, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The deposit required is Rp 500 million with a reserve price of Rp 2.57 billion.

Apartment at MT Haryono: The KPK is also auctioning an apartment on Jalan MT Haryono, Sapphire type 1806 on the 18th floor, covering 37 square metres located in Cipinang Cempedak, East Jakarta. The reserve price for this luxury apartment seized by the KPK is set at Rp 556.89 million with a deposit of Rp 220 million required.

Land: A plot of land seized in a corruption case is being auctioned with a deposit of Rp 850 million and a reserve price of Rp 2.11 billion.
