Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has assisted two foreign national directors of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) in filling out the state organiser’s wealth report (LHKPN).

“For Garuda’s directors, assistance has already been provided regarding the completion of the LHKPN,” said KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Aminudin to journalists in Jakarta on Monday.

Aminudin further stated that the assistance for the two foreign nationals was carried out in early April 2026.

“In early April 2026, assistance was provided to Garuda’s directors, including the two foreign national directors,” he said.

Previously, Garuda became one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) with foreign national directors.

They are Balagopal Kunduvara, Director of Finance and Risk Management, and Neil Raymond Mills, Director of Transformation.

Their appointments were based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 15 October 2025.

Balagopal Kunduvara last served as Divisional Vice President of Financial Services at Singapore Airlines from 2021 to 2025.

Meanwhile, Neil Raymond last served as Aviation Consultant at NM Aviation Limited from 2022 to 2025 and as Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Transformation at Scandinavian Airlines from 2024 to 2025.
