The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has provided updates on the handling of the case implicating Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq. KPK stated that it is currently continuing to examine departments in the Pekalongan Regency government.

“In this investigation process, the investigators are conducting marathon interviews with relevant parties, particularly the related departments, which were supplied in connection with that outsourcing procurement,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters at the KPK building in South Jakarta on Friday (17/4/2026).

“The conditioning of this outsourcing procurement is not only about the companies that won, but also the people who will later fill positions as outsourcing employees in those departments are suspected to have been conditioned and interfered with by the Regent’s side,” he continued.

Budi explained that the marathon examinations conducted by investigators on several departments in the Pekalongan Regency government are to accelerate the completeness of the case file. Because, according to him, this case began with a raid that limited the investigators’ time, thus requiring marathon examinations.

“Of course, if we talk about a caught red-handed incident, the KPK then immediately detains the suspects, meaning the detention clock has already started running. We need quick time, so we go directly to the field to conduct marathon examinations,” he concluded.

In recent times, KPK has indeed been aggressively examining several civil servants (ASN) in the Pekalongan Regency government environment. For instance, on Tuesday (14/4), KPK examined a total of 7 ASNs in that case.

Here is the list of Pekalongan Regency government ASNs examined by KPK at that time:

  1. Rendika Yoga, ASN of Pekalongan Regency Government

  2. Kasih Ismoyo Adhi, ASN of Pekalongan Regency Government

  3. Utini, ASN of Pekalongan Regency Government

  4. Ibnu Imam Fahrudin, ASN of Pekalongan Regency Government

  5. Pradita Eko Sukresno, ASN of Pekalongan Regency Government

  6. Nur Febrianto, ASN of Pekalongan Regency Government

  7. Agro Yudha Ismoyo, ASN of Pekalongan Regency Government

In this case, KPK has seized vehicles from several parties at the inactive Regent of Pekalongan’s official residence up to Cibubur. The details are Wuling Air EV, Mitsubishi Xpander, Toyota Camry, Toyota Fortuner, and Toyota Vellfire.

KPK stated that Fadia’s child and husband established a company named PT Raja Nusantara Berjaya (RNB). Fadia is suspected of being the beneficial owner (BO) of that company.

That company also includes Fadia’s success team. She requested that regional apparatus win the company. Then, Fadia’s family company obtained Rp 46 billion from 2023 to 2026, which was then distributed.

Here are the details:

  • Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq: Rp 5.5 billion

  • Fadia’s husband, Ashraff: Rp 1.1 billion

  • Director of PT RNB Rul Bayatun: Rp 2.3 billion

  • Fadia’s child, Sabiq: Rp 4.6 billion

  • Fadia’s child, Mehnaz Na: Rp 2.5 billion

  • And cash withdrawals of Rp 3 billion.

KPK stated that PT RNB received outsourcing projects in 17 regional apparatus, 3 regional hospitals, and 1 sub-district in 2025. Fadia is charged under Article 12 letter i and Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 127 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2023 on the Criminal Code.
