Kota Bunga's elitism reeks
From Media Indonesia
As a customer of Kota Bunga in Cipanas, West Java, I was promised various facilities before buying a villa, including the use of a guesthouse twice, each time for three nights, while the villa is under construction.
Three months ago, I made a request to use the guesthouse only to be rejected because it would be used by the company's executive directors and their families.
With my villa scheduled to be ready in two more months, I made another request to stay at the guesthouse from Oct. 11 to Oct. 13. Even with a month's notice, the reply was unusual: I was told to wait until the directors decide if they would use it.
After my complaint, I was allowed to stay there except on the weekends, which were reserved for the directors.
I wonder why Kota Bunga still practices such elitism to make bosses happy while neglecting customers and making playboy promises, which are hard to keep.
