Korpri Distributes Ambulances and Aid to Disaster-Affected Areas in Aceh

The Indonesian Civil Service Corps (Korpri) has distributed humanitarian aid, including three ambulances and laptops, to disaster-affected areas in Aceh as a demonstration of the organisation’s concern for the community. The assistance was provided to the regions of East Aceh, North Aceh, and Aceh Tamiang. Ketua Umum Korpri Nasional Zudan Arif Fakrulloh stated that the ‘Korpri Peduli’ initiative is supported by Korpri administrators throughout Indonesia, with aid also being delivered to West Sumatra and North Sumatra. The symbolic handover took place during the inauguration of the Aceh Korpri Board for the 2025-2030 term and the district/city Korpri Boards across Aceh for the 2026-2031 period at Anjong Mon Mata in Banda Aceh. Zudan noted that Korpri Peduli has previously provided various forms of assistance to disaster-affected areas, including 14 clean water wells, power generators, food supplies, medicines, and laptops. He said the total aid collected from Korpri members across Indonesia has reached approximately Rp3 billion, excluding assistance provided in previous periods. He expressed hope that Korpri boards in all regions will continue to strengthen the organisation’s role through social and humanitarian programmes that directly benefit the community, especially during disasters and emergencies.
