Since its establishment in 2018, JIWA Group has consistently introduced various innovations within Indonesia’s food and beverage industry. Following the success of business lines such as Janji Jiwa and Janji Jiwa Culture, JIWA Group introduced Kopi Sejuta Jiwa (KSJ) in 2023, a mobile coffee cart service designed to be closer to consumers at various high-traffic locations.

Entering the second quarter of this year, Kopi Sejuta Jiwa has introduced two latest innovations in terms of product and technology to provide a more relevant and practical experience for consumers. The CEO of JIWA Group, Billy Kurniawan, stated that innovation is part of the JIWA Group DNA.

“From the beginning, we have always endeavoured to apply a customer-first approach by understanding consumer needs, paying attention to changes in customer behaviour, and daring to explore new trends and experiences that are relevant to their daily lives,” he said in a statement released on Monday (18/5/2026).

On the product side, Kopi Sejuta Jiwa has launched Es Kopi Susu Honey, a new beverage menu that blends the signature KSJ iced milk coffee character with a refreshing touch of honey. The combination of creamy, light coffee with a hint of honey provides a smoother, more refreshing sensation, suitable for various occasions. This menu serves as a new option for coffee lovers seeking a familiar taste with a unique twist.

The Es Kopi Susu Honey menu has been available since 13 May 2026, across more than 1,500 Kopi Sejuta Jiwa mobile carts distributed throughout various regions in Java.

In addition to product innovation, Kopi Sejuta Jiwa has also introduced a new feature on the JIWA+ application, known as the KSJ Locator. This feature allows consumers to track the location of the nearest Kopi Sejuta Jiwa mobile baristas in real time within a 5-kilometre radius of the user’s location. Through this feature, consumers can also interact directly with KSJ mobile baristas via a chat function in the app to facilitate the transaction process.

The introduction of the KSJ Locator complements existing features in the JIWA+ app, such as dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders, to provide a more practical and seamless transaction experience.

“The introduction of Es Kopi Susu Honey and the KSJ Locator feature are forms of innovation that we present to continuously adapt to current consumer trends, behaviours, and interests. We want to provide a coffee-drinking experience that is not only practical but also capable of providing a ‘good vibes’ experience for our customers,” added Billy.
