Kopdes Opens Job Vacancies: Requirements and Registration Link

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has assured that the process of fulfilling human resources (HR) for the Red and White Village/Urban Village Cooperatives and Red and White Fishermen’s Villages is running transparently, accountably, and based on merit.

In a written statement, quoted on Friday (17/4/2026), BKN Head Zudan stated that the procurement process will be similar to the recruitment of prospective Civil Servants (ASN), using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) method.

This recruitment itself will be open to D3 to S1 graduates from all majors, providing broad opportunities for young talents across Indonesia.

BKN has ensured that the registration process is conducted digitally through the official government portal without any fees.

The registration process for HR Procurement for KDKMP and Red and White Fishermen’s Villages will be carried out through the official portal, namely phtc.panselnas.go.id.

“BKN will oversee the process to ensure it runs according to the merit system and with integrity, from supervising the selection system to guaranteeing qualification standards so that this major government target is not only achieved numerically but also with competent and trustworthy HR,” said Zudan.

Developments in the Village Cooperative (Kopdes) programme, namely the number of Red and White Kopdes units has reached more than 30,000 units and is targeted for the entire programme to start running in July.

In addition, there are 5,476 managers in the Red and White Fishermen’s Village Programme. He stated that these managers will become employees of a state-owned enterprise under PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara with PKWT (Fixed-Time Work Agreement) status, and after two years of work, they will be transferred to join the Red and White Kopdes.
