Konica launches new film

JAKARTA (JP): Japan's Konica Corporation launched on Friday
its new color film product in a bid to boost sales in Indonesia.

Konica Centuria was launched by the company's local
distributor PT Perdana Bangun Perkasa.

The distributor's marketing director, Rudy Susanto, said the
new film product was expected to help the company meet its target
to increase its Indonesian sales by 30 percent next year.

"We are sure that we can reach the market target. The film's
price is lower than the other popular brands here, but it is of
equal quality," Rudy said on Thursday. (ivy)
