Komdigi invites public input on telecommunication regulations

According to a press release from the ministry on Tuesday, public consultations on the analysis and evaluation matrices for both ministerial regulations are now open.

Citizens may submit input and suggestions regarding both regulations to the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure by emailing cahy003@komdigi.go.id and khri001@komdigi.go.id until August 4, 2026.

The ministry also provided the public with downloadable links for the analysis and evaluation matrix for both regulations.

The ministry said the publication of the analysis and evaluation documents is part of the implementation of the Legal Reform Index (IRH) assessment, which requires ministries/institutions to publish the results of the analysis and evaluation of laws and regulations for the IRH assessment.
