Komdigi Confirms Winners of 700 MHz and 2.6 GHz Spectrum Auctions

The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi) has officially confirmed the winners of the 700 MHz and 2.6 GHz frequency band auctions after the objection period concluded without any challenges from participants. The Selection Team for the 700 MHz and 2.6 GHz Radio Frequency Band Users revealed that no participants submitted objections by the final deadline for complaints on Tuesday (14/7/2026) at 15.00 WIB. Consequently, the selection results are now legally effective and the auction winners have been determined. The next stage involves the drafting of the Official Report of Selection Results before the Minister of Communication and Digital formally designates the winners of the 700 MHz and 2.6 GHz Radio Frequency Band User Selection. This designation will be final and binding. The list of winning companies for the 700 MHz and 2.6 GHz spectrum selection is as follows: Winners of the 700 MHz Frequency Band: 1. PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk, securing a 30 MHz block (2x15 MHz) at a bid price of Rp35.34 billion per MHz, totalling Rp1.0602 trillion. 2. PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), securing a 20 MHz block (2x10 MHz) at a bid price of Rp32.125 billion per MHz, totalling Rp642.5 billion. 3. PT Indosat Tbk, securing a 20 MHz block (2x10 MHz) at a bid price of Rp25.374 billion per MHz, totalling Rp507.48 billion. Winners of the 2.6 GHz Frequency Band: 1. PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), securing an 80 MHz block at a bid price of Rp6.823 billion per MHz, totalling Rp545.84 billion. 2. PT Indosat Tbk, securing a 60 MHz block at a bid price of Rp6.2 billion per MHz, totalling Rp372 billion. 3. PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk, securing a 50 MHz block at a bid price of Rp4.632 billion per MHz, totalling Rp231.6 billion.
