Koko Erwin Drug Network Exposed, Drug Dealer Boy and Courier Added to Police Wanted List

Jakarta—The police are currently hunting two suspects connected to the dismantled drug network of notorious trafficker Koko Erwin. The suspects, identified as A. Hamid alias Boy, a suspected drug dealer, and Satriawan alias Awan, a drug courier, have been added to the police’s official wanted persons list (DPO).

According to Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of Narcotics Crime at the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Bureau (Bareskrim), both individuals are being actively pursued by officers from the Narcotics Crime Directorate of Bareskrim and the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Police Narcotics Directorate. The search was ongoing as of Monday, 2 March 2026.

Boy’s primary role involved providing financial support to former Head of the Bima City Police Narcotics Unit Ajun Komisaris Polisi Malaungi, who is now a suspect in a narcotics case. Between June 2025 and November 2025, Boy transferred a total of 1.8 billion rupiah to Malaungi as what authorities term “attention money” (uang atensi). Malaungi subsequently distributed these funds to the former Bima City Police Chief, Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi Didik Putra Kuncoro, who has also been designated as a suspect in the narcotics investigation.

Boy is described as standing approximately 171 centimetres tall, overweight with wavy black hair, olive skin tone, round eyes and an oval face with thick eyebrows. He works as a driver and resides in Bima City, East Nusa Tenggara. Boy has a previous conviction, having been sentenced to six months imprisonment for Class I narcotics abuse on 29 July 2021.

In contrast, Awan served as a courier within Koko Erwin’s suspected drug distribution network. His role involved transporting one kilogram of methamphetamine that Erwin had obtained from an associate in Aceh Besar for distribution throughout the Bima region.

Awan is described as standing 160 centimetres tall with distinctive physical characteristics including a missing front tooth, fair complexion, short greying hair with partial baldness, and a prominent scar on his leg. He is self-employed and currently resides in Lampe Village, Bima City, East Nusa Tenggara.
