Koka Indonesia Expands Business, Officially Establishes Two New Subsidiaries
In a move to expand its operational reach in both domestic and international markets, construction services issuer PT Koka Indonesia Tbk officially announced the establishment of two new subsidiaries. The strategic step was conveyed by management through an information disclosure on Wednesday, 8 July 2026. The two new companies formed are PT Pacific Construction Group and PT Koka Trading International. The presence of these two entities is expected to strengthen Koka Indonesia’s main business lines across various sectors. The first subsidiary, PT Pacific Construction Group, is domiciled in North Jakarta and focuses on the construction industry, including interior design services. The establishment of this business entity has obtained official legality through Deed No. 23 dated 24 June 2026 before Notary Susanty Surjani, S.H., M.Kn, and was approved by the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia via Decree Number AHU-0050099.AH.01.01.Tahun 2026. In this entity, PT Koka Indonesia Tbk holds a majority share ownership of 51 percent. Meanwhile, the second subsidiary is PT Koka Trading International, which is domiciled in South Jakarta. This company is engaged in the wholesale trading of construction materials. Its establishment is recorded in Deed No. 39 dated 6 May 2026 before Notary Hartini, S.H., M.Kn, and has been ratified by the Ministry of Law Decree Number AHU-0036148.AH.01.01.Tahun 2026. In this company, the issuer controls a very dominant share ownership, reaching 98 percent. ‘The purpose of establishing these new subsidiaries is to support the Company’s business activities on a global and domestic scale,’ explained the Management of PT Koka Indonesia Tbk in a written statement on Wednesday (8/7/2026). Management also confirmed that the formation of these two new entities does not have any negative legal impact. Financially, the Company’s current financial condition is not significantly affected. However, in the future, the operations of these two new subsidiaries are expected to provide a positive contribution that will boost the Company’s consolidated financial reports. Furthermore, management confirmed that the transaction to establish these subsidiaries is not a material transaction as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 17/POJK.04/2020.
