Kogabwilhan III Deploys Two Attack Helicopters to Support OPM Manhunt

The Joint Regional Defence Command (Kogabwilhan) III has deployed two attack helicopters belonging to the Indonesian Air Force to hunt down remnants of the Free Papua Organisation (OPM) suspected of involvement in the killing of three indigenous Papuans in Yahukimo Regency, Papua Highlands. Kogabwilhan III Commander Lieutenant General Lucky Avianto stressed that the armed group does not only target migrants and foreign nationals, but also native Papuans who fall victim to their acts of violence.
