Kodam I/BB Community Service Programme Begins to Address Challenges in Nias

Kodam I Bukit Barisan has begun the Large-Scale Community Service Programme in the Nias Islands on Wednesday (6/5). The programme was officially opened by North Sumatra Governor Bobby Nasution alongside Pangdam I Bukit Barisan Major General TNI Hendy Antariksa during a ceremony held at Pelita Field in Gunungsitoli City, North Sumatra. This initiative, proposed by the President, aims to address the difficulties faced by communities in the Nias Islands by building roads and bridges, constructing homes for those in unfit dwellings, establishing clean water points, and repairing schools and places of worship.
