KL's consumer prices up

KUALA LUMPUR (AFP): Malaysia's consumer prices rose 2.1 percent year-on-year in July and were up 0.1 percent from June, the statistics department said yesterday.

This brought consumer price inflation to 2.7 percent for the first seven months of this year, the department said in its monthly report released through Bernama news agency.
