PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) plans to consider the removal of shares of its business entity listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), PT Enseval Putera Megatrade Tbk (EPMT). This step is being considered as an option because EPMT has not yet reached the minimum threshold for the number of outstanding shares, or free float, as stipulated by regulations.

Following this news, EPMT’s share price fell by 3.54% to Rp 2,450 per share during today’s trading as of 13:39 WIB. The market capitalisation of the company, which operates in the distribution, logistics, and healthcare product trading sector, reached Rp 6.6 trillion.

Kalbe Farma Director Kartika Setiabudy stated that the company is currently making gradual efforts to meet the applicable free float requirements. EPMT’s current free float is only 7.5%, whereas the IDX requires issuers to maintain a minimum free float of 15%.

“Simultaneously, we are also exploring the potential for delisting should increasing the free float prove difficult,” she said during a virtual press conference, as reported on Monday (14/09/2026).

However, Kartika noted that the fulfilment of free float obligations is still being reviewed internally by the company. The company remains committed to promptly complying with the rules and regulations set by the capital market authorities.

“Naturally, we will comply with IDX regulations as we are part of the Indonesian capital market; therefore, we will comply with IDX regulations, whether through meeting the free float requirement or through delisting,” she explained.

She added that the company is also open to feedback from market participants, particularly shareholders, regarding this plan.

“We also remain open to market input regarding the options we must explore and implement in accordance with the expected timeline,” she concluded.
