KKGI President Director Resigns After 33 Years at the Helm
Jakarta - PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI) has announced the resignation of its top executive. In an official disclosure, the coal mining issuer stated it had received a letter of resignation from Pintarso Adijanto as President Director of KKGI on 20 July 2026. The reason for the resignation was due to the health condition of Pintarso, who is currently 69 years old. He has served as KKGI’s President Director for 33 years. “Due to health conditions, he is unable to perform his duties optimally,” the company stated. KKGI will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) to decide on the resignation request no later than 90 days after the date of the event. Pintarso, born in 1957, has been the President Director of KKGI, formerly known as PT Kurnia Kapuas Utama Glue Industries, since 1993. From 2000 to 2020, he also served as President Director of KKGI’s subsidiary, PT Insani Baraperkasa.
