Kiwi Brands changes name

JAKARTA (JP): PT Kiwi Brands Indonesia, the parent company of
PT Kiwi Indonesia and PT Prodenta Indonesia, has changed its name
to PT Sara Lee Indonesia.

President of Sara Lee Indonesia Spike Braunius said on
Wednesday the change which became effective on April 12 also
affected some of the firm's subsidiaries.

He said PT Kiwi Indonesia was renamed PT Sara Lee Household
Indonesia and PT Prodenta Indonesia Tbk was now PT Sara Lee Body
Care Indonesia Tbk.

Names of other subsidiaries -- PT Sara Lee Bakeri Indonesia
and PT Sara Lee Bakeri Niaga Indonesia -- were unchanged.

Braunius said the name change would not affect the ownership
or activities of each company. "Through the name change, we aim
for Sara Lee Indonesia to be recognized as a manufacturer that
produces a variety of goods and not only bakery products," he
