Kite festival in Rancamaya

JAKARTA: Kite lovers and enthusiasts will be able to enjoy all the latest in their hobby at the Rancamaya Kite Festival, to be held at Rancamaya Golf and Country Club Estate in Ciawi, Bogor on Sept. 1.

Spectators will be able to see new types of kites, such as the Stunt, Revolution, Train, or Bridge Kite, according to a press release. There will also be a kite workshop and painting competition.

The organizers have arranged an art and craft bazaar that will feature batik, paintings and wood carving.

Guests will also be entertained by various performances. -- JP
