KISI Securities Prepares Eight Companies for IPO This Year
PT Korea Investment and Sekuritas Indonesia (KISI) has announced that seven to eight companies are in its Initial Public Offering (IPO) pipeline. The largest asset values are reported to reach between Rp2 and Rp3 trillion.
“The total number of IPOs at present is approximately seven to eight companies,” said KISI President Director Kyoung Hun Nam during the KISI Challenge The Next Wave event in Jakarta on Friday (27 February).
Kyoung Hun Nam revealed that the companies in KISI’s IPO pipeline come from banking, tourism, mining, and infrastructure sectors. “The sectors include banking, then of course tourism, mining, and infrastructure,” said Kyoung Hun Nam.
Among the eight companies in the IPO pipeline, he revealed that some companies have asset values reaching Rp2 trillion to Rp3 trillion. Thus, these companies fall into the large-scale asset category, based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 53/POJK.04/2017.
As of 20 February 2026, PT Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) reported that eight companies are in the pipeline for conducting IPOs in Indonesia’s capital market. Of the eight companies in the IPO queue at BEI, five companies are large-scale assets above Rp250 billion and three companies are medium-scale assets between Rp50 billion to Rp250 billion.
In terms of sectors, two companies are from raw materials, two companies from finance, and one company from transportation and logistics. Additionally, one company from primary consumer goods, one company from energy, and one company from industry.
So far this year through 20 February 2026, BEI has recorded that no companies have conducted IPOs in Indonesia’s capital market, so the total companies listed in Indonesia’s capital market currently stands at 956 companies.
The growth trend of Indonesian capital market investors continues to show positive momentum. By mid-December 2025, the number of investors has surpassed more than 20 million, increasing 34.8 per cent compared to the previous year.
In line with the increase in investor numbers, KISI successfully held the KISI Challenge: The Next Wave (Special Edition) which ran from 1 December 2025 to 30 January 2026. This competition presented 777 exclusive prizes with a total value reaching Rp10 billion, including grand prizes of a BYD Denza D9 and Hermès Birkin 25 won by two winners.
The programme successfully attracted more than 5,000 participants who participated in the competition whilst taking the opportunity to transact through the iKISI application. The high level of participation reflects strong interest and enthusiasm from participants in competing through the iKISI application.
Supported by a solid financial foundation, KISI recorded Adjusted Net Working Capital (MKBD) that broke through Rp1 trillion in August 2025. In line with this, KISI introduced a promotional programme featuring margin interest of 0.024% per day for one month since account opening (promotion valid until 30 June 2026) and competitive transaction fees with buying fee 0.13% and selling fee 0.23%.
